Overview
As Team Lead and Full Stack Developer, I led the planning, execution, and technical development of Evintli, a centralized event management platform connecting organizers with vendors.
Details
• Managed project planning and set team milestones to ensure a successful platform launch.
• Contributed directly to UI/UX design and frontend development by implementing features for vendor search, filtering, and profile pages.
• Developed key administrative functions, including dashboards for admins and super admins, and a content moderation module for blocking users.
• Designed a promotional 'listing boost' feature, similar to Facebook Marketplace ads, allowing vendors to increase visibility for their listings.
• Integrated security and payment features, implementing Google reCAPTCHA, OpenAI for input validation, and the Stripe API for platform transactions.
• Managed the technical infrastructure, using Supabase for the backend, Jest for testing, Vercel for the testing environment, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for final deployment.
